Jeez, I wonder if she’s getting a little something on the side from ForSaleByOwner? All of this person’s videos push that site. What’s bad about that is that they charge hundreds of dollars to list your property and companies like EzFizbo.com charge $99 for a 6 month Realtor.com Showcase Listing. Realtor.com gets many many times the amount of traffic that ForSaleByOwner gets. It’s a no-brainer.
Confusion abounds. When you hire a real estate agent, the services that agent performs have value. That value is paid through a commission at closing. Commissions only come from equity or savings. When you sell by owner YOU are doing all of the work and the commission earned is paid to YOU instead of an agent. The idea behind selling by owner, is to keep your equity in your pocket. When you lower the price of your home & sell by owner, you lose equity, time. Fair market value is the key

@notthedoctor79 I was with you until you mentioned not going to her house. I think that part’s very literal. But I do agree that I think they were broke up and she went to visit his house to torture herself with all of the memories she had of him. The letter just solidified that they’d never be together again.

i do not believe he was cheating… i have always thought this song to mean they were broke up ~ but she couldn’t get over him yet. and while she was there torturing herself with all the memories…. she found the note. the note that said he had indeed moved on without her. and she cried. she grieved for the love she would no longer have. i also don’t think she actually went to his house ~ i think it’s all a metaphor for how relationships end & someone is always hurt.
